摘 要:为了解决大型露天矿轮斗连续采煤工艺适应性评价仍采用定性分析、缺乏量化评价的难题,在分析各项因素对工艺适应性的影响机理基础上,提出采用可信度模型对适应性进行统一度量的量化评价方法,以提升轮斗连续采煤工艺适应性评价的系统性和科学性。以新疆某露天矿为工程实例,构建轮斗连续采煤工艺适应性评价体系,以可信度模型有效地实现了轮斗连续采煤工艺适应性定量化评价;最终确定B2′和B1煤层应用轮斗连续采煤工艺的适应性分别为0.777 4和0.728 7;结合露天矿现状对工艺布置及开拓运输系统进行了优化设计,进一步确定了其应用轮斗连续采煤工艺的可行性。In order to solve the problem that the adaptive evaluation of bucket wheel excavator still adopts the qualitative analysis and lack of quantitative evaluation in large open-pit mine continuous mining technology.On the basis of analyzing the influence mechanism of various influencing factors on the adaptability,the article uses the credible model to measure the measurement method of unified measurement to adaptability to improve the systemic and scientific of the adaptive evaluation of the bucket wheel excavator continuous mining technology.Taking an Open-pit Mine in Xinjiang as an engineering case,the article establishes an adaptive evaluation system of BWE continuous mining technology,realizes the quantitative evaluation of adaptive of bucket wheel excavator continuous mining technology based on the credibility model.Finally,the adaptability of BWE continuous mining technology for B2′and B1 coal seam is 0.7774 and 0.7287.The article carries out optimized design on the layout and pioneering transportation system based on an Open-pit Mine in Xinjiang,further determines the feasibility of bucket wheel excavator continuous mining technology.
