摘  要:本文在高镁铝合金的基础上设计了一系列成分,研究了Si含量对Al-8Mg-xSi合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着Si含量的增加,晶界轮廓逐渐清晰,Mg_2Si强化相体积分数增加。当Si含量为2.6wt.%时合金的综合力学性能最佳,硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到了93.1、254.9MPa和232.5MPa,比添加1wt.%Si的合金分别提升了7.4、37.7MPa和26MPa。其中,断裂机制由混合断裂转变为脆性断裂。A series of compositions were designed on the basis of high magnesium aluminum alloy,and the effect of Si content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-8Mg-xSi alloy was studied.The results show that with the increase of Si content,the grain boundary profile becomes clearer and the volume fraction of Mg2Si strengthening phase increases.When the content of Si is 2.6wt.%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are the best,and the hardness,tensile strength and yield strength are 93.1,254.9MPa and 232.5MPa,respectively,which are 7.4,37.7MPa and 26MPa higher than those of the alloy with 1 wt.%Si.Among them,the fracture mechanism changes from mixed fracture to brittle fracture.
