摘 要:为了降低矿石大块率,设计更合理、更加符合眼前山的中深孔爆破参数,结合眼前矿山实际,分析眼前山中深孔爆破大块率产生的主要原因进行分析,提出使用扇形孔延时爆破的方式降低大块率;并用间隔装药的方式,提高炸药的利用效率,从而减少大块的产生。采用扇形孔延时爆破的方式,同时改善装药结构,能有效的降低大块率,减少中深孔爆破大块的产生。在实践中取得了良好的效果,降低了金属矿大块率的问题。In order to reduce the ore bulk ratio,the design is more reasonable and more in line with the blasting parameters of the medium and deep holes in the mountain in front of you.Combined with the actual situation of the mine in front of us,the main reasons for the large block rate of deep hole blasting in the mountain in front of us were analyzed.It is proposed to use the delayed blasting of sector holes to reduce the block rate;And by means of spaced charges,the utilization efficiency of explosives is improved,thereby reducing the production of large blocks.The use of fan-shaped hole delay blasting method,while improving the charge structure,can effectively reduce the bulk rate and reduce the generation of blasting block.Good results have been achieved in practice,reducing the problem of bulk rate of metal ore.
