摘  要:哺乳动物心脏发育受到心脏特异基因转录组以空间/时间的方式精确编码调控。表观遗传因素在心肌细胞的基因转录过程中发挥重要的调控作用。染色质调控作为真核生物的一个重要表观遗传修饰,在其中扮演着关键角色。阴阳蛋白1(YY1)是染色质重塑复合物INO80的一个亚基,作为转录因子,与特定蛋白相互作用,能够选择性地激活或抑制基因转录,从而在许多生物过程中发挥关键作用。最近的研究表明,YY1在心脏发育、心脏功能整合及心肌病理性重构调控过程中均具有重要意义,并且已经取得了许多突破性研究成果。这些研究结果为心脏疾病发生发展机制研究提供了全新的理论与实验支持,同时也表明YY1有望成为治疗人类心脏疾病的有用靶点。本文综述了在心脏发育和心脏疾病中YY1的作用及其研究进展。Cardiac development is regulated by the transcriptome of cardiac⁃specific genes encoded in a spatial/temporal precise manner in mammalians.Epigenetic factors play a critical role in regulating gene transcription in cardiomyocytes.Chromatin regulation,as an important epigenetic modification of eukaryotes,plays a crucial role in this process.Yin⁃Yang 1(YY1),a subunit of the chromatin remodeling complex INO80,acts as a transcription factor that interacts with specific proteins to selectively activate or repress gene transcription,thus playing a key role in numerous biological processes.Recent studies have proved that YY1 is significant in the regulation of cardiac development,cardiac functional integration,and pathological remodeling of the myocardium,and significant breakthroughs have been achieved.These findings provide a new theoretical and experimental support for the occurrence and development of heart disease and indicate that YY1 is expected to be a useful target for the treatment of human heart disease.This article aims to review the research progress of YY1 in regulating cardiac development and pathological remodeling.
