摘  要:在倡导节能减排的双碳目标背景下,钢铁行业氢冶金相关工艺技术正不断进步。随着氢还原竖炉冶炼工艺的发展和推广,对于氢基竖炉用耐火材料的性能提出了新的要求,相关研究受到了广泛关注。综述了氢冶金相关原理及工艺技术的研究发展现状,介绍了H2气氛下耐火材料的服役行为和氢基竖炉用耐火材料的研究进展,展望了氢基竖炉用耐火材料的研究趋势和未来发展方向。Under the background of advocating the dual-carbon goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,the hydrogen metallurgy related technology in the steel industry is constantly improving.With the development and promotion of smelting process for hydrogen reduction shaft furnaces,new requirements have been put forward for the performance of refractory materials and the related research has received widespread attention.Therefore,the research and development status of hydrogen metallurgy related principles and process technologies were summarized.The research progress on the service behavior of refractories under H 2 atmosphere and refractories for hydrogen-based shaft furnaces was introduced.The research trend and future development direction of refractories for hydrogen-based shaft furnaces were prospected.
