摘　　要：目的探讨单中心儿童重症监护室(PICU)2019—2021年致病细菌及药敏情况,为合理使用抗菌药物提供实验室依据。方法回顾性分析2019年1月1日至2021年12月30日宁夏医科大学总医院PICU治疗的感染患者的病原菌标本培养及药敏结果。结果有细菌培养及药敏结果的患者2019年172例、2020年127例、2021年157例,其中呼吸道感染居首位,致病菌第1位为流感嗜血杆菌,对头孢菌素第三代、阿奇霉素和喹诺酮类未出现明显耐药;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率为92.8%,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺未发现耐药。结论儿童感染病原体常见感染部位以呼吸道为主,常见致病菌以革兰阴性菌为主,临床应根据药敏结果进行针对性治疗。Objective To explore the isolation of pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility in single-center pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)from 2019 to 2021,and to provide a laboratory basis for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and guide clinical practice.Methods Pathogen specimen culture and drug sensitivity results of infected patients treated in PICU at General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 1,2019 to December 30,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 172 cases in 2019,127 cases in 2020,and 157 cases in 2021 with bacterial culture and drug sensitivity results.Respiratory infections ranked first,with the first pathogenic bacterium being Haemophilus influenzae.There was no significant resistance to third-generation cephalosporins,azithromycin,and quinolones.The resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus to penicillin was 92.8%,and no resistance to vancomycin or linezolid was found.Conclusion The common infection sites in children are still mainly respiratory tract,and the common pathogenic bacteria are still mainly Gram-negative so targeted clinical treatment should be conducted according to the results of drug sensitivity.
