摘 要:煤灰的烧结和结渣行为对锅炉的热效率、安全性和使用寿命有重要影响,通过添加一定比例的添加剂能够改善灰渣的烧结特性。以原煤烧结得到的灰渣为原料,采用高温热台显微镜、X射线荧光光谱分析仪及Image J图像处理相结合的方法,研究了原煤灰的烧结特性及不同添加剂的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着温度的升高,原煤灰颗粒之间发生烧结、相互熔融,再到最后全部变为液态。在含酸性氧化物较多(Al2O3+SiO2>75%)的原煤灰中加入适量的CaO和Fe2O3,能够降低原煤灰的烧结温度,且与Fe2O3相比,CaO对降低原煤灰烧结温度的影响更大。一般情况下,煤灰的酸碱比与烧结温度正相关,酸碱比越高,烧结温度越高,但还需要结合煤灰的组成和反应机理判断。The sintering and slagging behavior of coal ash has an important influence on the thermal efficiency,safety and service life of boiler.The sintering characteristics of ash can be improved by adding a certain proportion of additives.The sintering characteristics of raw coal ash and the influence of different additives are studied by using high temperature hot stage microscope,X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer and Image J image processor.The experimental results show that with the increase of temperature,raw coal ash particles sinter and melt with each other,and finally all become liquid.Adding proper amount of CaO and Fe2O3 to raw coal ash containing more acidic oxides(Al2O3+SiO2>75%)can reduce the sintering temperature of raw coal ash,and compared with Fe2O3,CaO has a greater influence on reducing the sintering temperature of raw coal ash.In general,the acid-base ratio of coal ash is positively correlated with sintering temperature;the higher the acid-base ratio,the higher the sintering temperature.However,this also needs to be assessed in conjunction with the composition and reaction mechanism of coal ash.
