摘 要:大机捣固作业是保持有砟道床处于均衡状态的有效途径,为研究重载铁路桥梁段大机捣固作业对道床的力学作用,采用离散单元法,建立大机捣固作业-桥上有砟道床离散元模型,探索大机捣固作业对桥梁段道床性能的影响,研究捣固振动频率对道床力学特性影响规律,提出了桥上大机捣固作业的最优振动频率。结果表明:捣固作业使道床力学特性下降;捣固作业使道床横向阻力下降51%,纵向阻力下降37%,支承刚度衰减35%。捣固作业的振动频率对道床力学特性产生了一定的影响,道床枕下密实度在捣固频率35 Hz时取得最大,道床横向阻力和纵向阻力均在捣固频率35 Hz时取得最大,支承刚度在40 Hz时取得最大,故建议捣固频率取值为35~40 Hz。Tamping machine tamping operation is an effective approach to maintaining the ballasted bed in a good equilibrium state.To study the mechanical effects of tamping machine tamping operation on the ballast bed of a heavy haul railway bridge section,the discrete element method is adopted to establish a discrete element model of the tamping machine tamping operation and the ballasted bed on the bridge.This study aims to explore the influence of tamping machine tamping operation on the performance of the ballast bed in the bridge section,examine the impact of tamping vibration frequency on the mechanical properties of the ballast bed,and propose the optimal vibration frequency for tamping machine tamping operation on the bridge.The results show that the tamping operation has a detrimental effect on the mechanical properties of the ballast bed.After tamping,the lateral resistance of the ballast bed decreases by 51%,the longitudinal resistance decreases by 37%,and the bearing stiffness decreases by 35%.The vibration frequency of the tamping operation has a certain influence on the mechanical properties of the ballast bed.The compaction degree of the ballast bed under the sleeper reaches a maximum when the tamping frequency is 35 Hz.Similarly,the lateral resistance and longitudinal resistance of the ballast bed also reach their peak values at a tamping frequency of 35 Hz.The bearing stiffness of the ballast bed attains its maximum when the tamping frequency is 40 Hz.It is recommended to set the tamping frequency within the range of 35~40 Hz.
