摘 要:高高原机场因其特殊的地理位置和气候条件,通常使用RNPAR程序保证安全和高效的飞行,目前FOQA译码系统中没有针对RNP AR相关风险的监控项目,导致不能系统性评估BARO-VNAV阶段可控撞地和不稳定进近的风险。本研究基于FOQA数据航路点及方位角采集特点,提出了一种针对RNPAR程序BARO-VNAV阶段垂直偏差的计算方法,该方法可以有效监测飞机在最后下降点后垂直剖面的偏离状态并根据阈值进行告警。笔者对历史飞行数据使用该方法进行分析后,发现RNPAR程序BARO-VNAV阶段垂直偏大的主要原因有飞行计算机短时重置、机组误操纵以及垂直导航模式提前激活。研究成果对我国高高原运行风险识别、改善操作程序等方面有积极的推动作用。Due to their unique geographical locations and climatic conditions,high-altitude airports typically use RNP AR procedures to ensure safe and efficient flight.Currently,the FOQA decoding system lacks monitoring items for risks related to RNP AR,leading to an inability to systematically assess the risks of controlled flight into terrain and unstable approaches during the BARO-VNAV phase.This study proposes a calculation method for vertical deviation during the BARO-VNAV phase of the RNP AR procedure based on the characteristics of FOQA data waypoint and bearing collection.This method can effectively monitor the aircraft's deviation from the vertical profile after the final descent point and issue alerts based on thresholds.After analyzing historical flight data using this method,the author identifies main reasons for significant vertical deviations during the RNP AR procedure's BARO-VNAV phase as temporary resets of the flight computer,crew misoperation and premature activation of vertical navigation mode.The research results have a positive impact on risk identification and operational improvements for high-altitude operations in China.
