摘　　要：本文详述了一项针对民航关键信息系统中“旅客服务系统”的关键组成部分——开放消息交换引擎(OMSE)的国产数据库迁移工作。在面临成本上升和技术依赖风险的背景下,本项目成功实现了从成本高昂的Oracle和SQL Server数据库向成本效益更高的国产数据库的平滑过渡。通过采用厂商提供的同步工具和开源ETL工具DataX,该项目在确保数据一致性的同时,对OMSE应用进行了改造,包括增加了数据源柔性切换功能,以实现业务的高可用性和连续性。此外,论文还介绍了全面的测试策略,确保了迁移过程的高质量和服务性能。这一成功案例不仅降低了成本,还提供了面对类似挑战的企业一种新的解决思路。This article elucidates a strategic initiative for migrating a pivotal component of the civil aviation sector's"Passenger Service System"the Open Message Exchange Engine(OMSE)-to a domestically developed database platform.Under escalating operational expenses and technological dependence risks,this venture adeptly navigates the transition from cost-intensive Oracle and SQL Server databases to more economically viable Indigenously Developed and Controllable Database Products.The methodology hinges on the integration of vendor-supplied synchronization tools alongside the open-source ETL utility DataX,thereby ensuring seamless data congruency.Additionally,substantial modifications are made to the OMSE application,including incorporating data source soft switching mechanisms to bolster service continuity and reliability.The paper also delineates an exhaustive testing protocol,which underpins the integrity and efficiency of the migration process.This paradigmatic case not only exemplifies cost reduction but also offers a progressive framework for organizations grappling with analogous technological predicaments.
