摘 要:公立医院应该以人民健康为中心,以公益性为导向,在宣传工作中,如何更好地满足公众对健康类信息的需求成为了摆在眼前的重要问题。文章基于传播学中的“把关人”理论,从医疗新闻内容属性、医疗记者教育背景及从业情况,分析了宣传部门在健康传播中“双向把关”的必要性,探讨了宣传部门在公立医院健康传播中的科普把关和专业把关的实际运用,为公立医院品牌传播提供新的探索,助力医院高质量发展。Public hospitals should be centered on people’s health and guided by public welfare.In the publicity work,how to better meet the public’s demand for health information has become an important issue.Based on the the Gatekeeper Theory,this paper analyzes the necessity of the“Two-Way Gatekeeper”of the publicity department in health communication from the attributes of medical news content,medical journalists’education background and practice situation,and discusses the practical application of popular science and professional supervision by the publicity department in public hospital health communication,providing new exploration for the brand communication of public hospitals and helping hospitals to achieve high-quality development.
