摘　　要：档案工作责任制的法律地位在2021年新修订的《中华人民共和国档案法》中被确定。构建高等学校档案工作责任制可以加强档案管理意识、提高档案管理水平、创新档案服务方式。以吉林大学档案工作者为访谈对象,对档案工作责任制发展落实情况进行调研分析;最后,从制度保障、管理优化、定岗定责、督评组织等四方面提出了高等学校档案工作责任制构建策略,以期为相关研究者提供借鉴。The legal status of the responsibility system of archival work is defined in the newly revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China in 2021.Constructing the responsibility system of archival work of colleges can strengthen the consciousness of archival management,improve the level of archival management and innovate the ways of archival service.Archivists in Jilin University were interviewed,and the development and implementation of the current responsibility system of archival work was investigated and analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward the strategies for constructing the responsibility system of university archives from four aspects:system guarantee,management optimization,job responsibility determination,and supervision and evaluation organization,so as to provide reference for related researchers.
