摘  要:随着科技的发展,人工智能技术在各个行业中已然发挥着重要的作用。在此背景下,档案馆智慧化发展态势日趋明显。简要介绍信息生命周期理论及相关研究概述,信息生命周期分为信息的收集、组织、保管、利用和处置,与档案馆中理解和分析档案信息流动和变化的框架具有相通之处。从信息生命周期视角出发,阐述人工智能应用于档案馆全流程智慧化建设路径,结合人工智能在档案馆中应用的技术优势提出:档案信息的全方位收集→档案信息的自动化组织→档案信息的安全型存储→档案信息的智慧化服务→档案信息的鉴定后处置这一生命周期,对人工智能基于这一全新周期在档案馆中的应用前景进行具体阐述。With the development of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology has played an important role in various industries.In this context,the development trend of intelligent archives is becoming more and more obvious.The information life cycle theory and related research are briefly introduced,which is divided into the stages of information collection, organization, storage and utilization, and they have similarities with the framework for understanding and analyzing the flow and change of archival information in archives. From the perspective of information life cycle, this paper expounds the path of artificial intelligence applied to the whole process of intelligent construction of archives, and combines the technical advantages of artificial intelligence application in archives, which proposes the all-round collection of archival information→ the automatic organization of archival information→ the safe storage of archival information→ the intelligent service of archival information→ the life cycle of appraisal and disposal of archival information, and the application prospect of artificial intelligence in archives based on this new cycle is elaborated.
