摘　　要：双周期交互是指在文档管理的全过程中,通过业务与文档的双向交流,实现文件生命周期与业务流程生命周期的交互协同。核电文档存量多增量大、来源类型多元、内容知识密集,对核电业务具有重要支撑作用。基于对核电文档管理需求的系统分析,提出了双周期交互的核电文档连续性管理模式,旨在实现业务环节连续性与文档数字连续性的协调与统一。从实践机制来看,这一模式的实现依赖于核电文档的一体化管理、全流程管控、风险治理。Dual-cycle interaction refers to the whole process of document management,through the two-way communication between business and documents,to realize the interaction and synergy of the document life cycle and business process life cycle.The nuclear power document stock is large and incremental,the source type is diversified,the content is knowledge-intensive,and it has an important supporting role for the nuclear power business.Based on the systematic analysis of nuclear power document management requirements,this paper proposes a dual-cycle interaction nuclear power document continuity management model,aiming at realizing the coordination and unification of business link continuity and document digital continuity.From the viewpoint of practice mechanism,the realization of this model depends on the integrated management,full-process control,and risk governance of nuclear power documents.
