摘　　要：基于Kano模型深入分析了音乐非遗档案用户群体的利用偏好,通过Better-Worse满意度指数对用户需求进行了分类和解析。调查结果显示,用户对音乐非遗档案的需求可以分为兴奋型需求、期望型需求、无差异型需求三类,每类需求都揭示了用户在档案利用过程中的不同心理和行为模式。This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the utilization preferences of users of music intangible cultural heritage archives based on the Kano model,and classified and analyzed user’s needs through the Better Worse satisfaction index.Based on the survey results,the user’s demand for music intangible cultural heritage archives can be divided into three categories:Attractive Quality,One-dimensional Quality,Indifferent Quality.Each type of demand reveals different psychological and behavioral patterns of users in the process of utilizing archives.
