摘　　要：中福公司商业文书是其商业活动的原始记录,也是了解中国近代商业发展、社会面貌等状况的第一手档案资料。从种类、数量、形成时间、语言、主题、保管及开发情况等多方面系统梳理中福公司商业文书概况,在此基础上探究其商业信函、合同、账册、凭据等不同类型商业文书的文体格式。中福公司商业文书不仅具有丰富性、规范性、正式性、历史性、原生性、独特性等特征,而且蕴含多重重要价值,包括经济价值、法律凭证价值、历史文化价值、教育传承价值以及学术研究价值等。Business archives are the original records of Peking Syndicate Limited’s commercial activities,as well as the first-hand archival materials for understanding the commercial development and social outlook of modern China.We systematically sort out the profile of Peking Syndicate Limited’s business archives in terms of type,quantity,formation time,language,subject,custody,development,and on the basis of which,we explore the styles of different types of business archives such as commercial letters,contracts,account books and vouchers.It is found that the business archives of Peking Syndicate Limited are not only characterized by richness,standardization,formality,history,originality and uniqueness,but also contain multiple values,including socio-economic value,legal voucher value,historical and cultural value,educational inheritance value and academic research value.
