摘 要:为拓展降黏材料选用范围,本工作探究了塑料润滑剂酰胺材料在沥青内的适用性。首先以常规性能确定适宜掺量,采用棒状薄层色谱法(TLC-FID)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)进行微观机理分析,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)评价了沥青高温、低温和疲劳性能。结果表明,酰胺材料对沥青的改性以物理作用为主,并无新官能团出现、改变了沥青组分构成且胶质含量显著变化、重均分子量增大。基于相同高温PG分级和交通等级,酰胺材料能够起到降黏降温效果、高温性能的不利影响较为缓慢、改善了低温抗开裂性能和疲劳性能。酰胺改性沥青在1.5%掺量的降黏降温效果最优、疲劳性能和低温性能在1.0%掺量时最优、但在1.5%掺量的疲劳性能和低温性能仍优于基质沥青。从降黏和兼顾综合性能考虑,推荐添加量为1.0%~1.5%。酰胺材料在沥青内具有较好的适用性,具有作为新型降黏材料的潜质。In order to expand the selection range of viscosity reduction materials,the applicability of plastic lubricant amide materials in asphalt was explored.Firstly,with the appropriate dosage of conventional properties,the micro mechanism analysis was carried out by thin layer chromatography-flame ionization detection(TLC-FID),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC).High temperature,low temperature and fatigue performance of asphalt were evaluated by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and BBR.Results show that the modification of asphalt by amide materials is mainly based on the physical action without the appearance of new functional groups,changes in the composition of asphalt based the significant change of colloid content and the increase of weight-average molecular weight.The amide material can play a role in viscosity reduction and cooling effect,and the adverse effect of high temperature performance is relatively slow based on the same high temperature PG grade and traffic grade,and improves the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue performance.The viscosity reduction and cooling effect of amide modified asphalt is the best at 1.5%dosage,and the fatigue performance and low temperature performance are the best at 1.0%dosage,but the fatigue performance and low temperature performance at 1.5%dosage are still better than the matrix asphalt.Considering the viscosity reduction and comprehensive performance,the recommended addition amount is 1.0%—1.5%.The amide material has a good applicability in asphalt,and has the potential as a new type of viscosity reduction material.
