摘  要:本工作研究了自然成型处理(NS)、钢丝刷毛处理(BS)、凿毛处理(CS)和切槽处理(SS)四种界面处理方法对海砂混凝土修复性能的影响。研究结果显示:对修复界面进行钢丝刷毛处理、凿毛处理和切槽处理能提高修复界面的粗糙度,增大修复材料与基体的有效接触面积,提高海砂混凝土修复试件粘结强度;经过界面处理后,界面的约束力增大,降低修复试件的收缩;界面处理可以提高修复试件的抗氯离子侵蚀能力和抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,提高海砂混凝土的耐久性,以凿毛处理的效果最优。This article investigated the effects of four interface treatment methods,namely natural forming treatment(NS),wire brushing treatment(BS),chiseling treatment(CS),and slot cutting treatment(SS),on the repair performance of sea sand concrete.The research results showed that wire brushing,chiseling,and grooving treatment on the repair interface could improve the roughness of the repair interface,increased the effective contact area between the repair material and the matrix,and improved the bonding strength of sea sand concrete repair specimens;after interface processing,the binding force of the interface increased,reducing the shrinkage of the repaired specimen;interface treatment could improve the resistance to chloride ion erosion and sulfate erosion of repaired specimens,improved the durability of sea sand concrete,and achieved the best effect through chiseling treatment.
