摘  要:路面基层建造中通常会使用大量的天然石料,这会给环境资源带来较大负担。而沥青路面每年的养护修补会产生大量的废旧沥青混合料(RAP),为缓解基层建造过程中对天然石料的消耗,国内外学者开展了废旧料替代部分天然石料进行水泥稳定碎石基层的设计与性能研究。研究表明,含有老化沥青的废旧料在一定程度上能改善水泥稳定碎石基层的路用性能,延长路面的寿命;但是当前废旧料在基层中的推广应用也存在一系列问题,如掺入方式以及掺量仍有较大争议,未经处理无法直接用于基层等。基于此,本文归纳总结了废旧沥青混合料的基本特性及分类、废旧沥青混合料掺入对水泥稳定基层击实特性、无侧限抗压强度、加州承载比、劈裂性能等路用性能的影响以及RAP最佳掺量分析,并展望了RAP在水泥稳定碎石基层领域未来的发展趋势。Large quantities of natural stone are often used in constructing the pavement base course,which will bring a heavy burden to environmental resources.Large volumes of recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)are generated during the annual maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement.In order to reduce the consumption of natural stone during the base course construction,scholars have carried out research on the design and performance of cement-stabilized macadam bases by replacing part of natural stones with RAP.Studies have shown that RAP containing aged asphalt can improve the pavement performance of cement-stabilized macadam bases and prolong the life of pavement to a certain extent.However,there are still a series of problems or controversies,such as mixing and dosage in the popularization and application of RAP in the base course,and it cannot be directly used without any treatment.Based on this,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics and classification of RAP,the effects of RAP content on the compaction characteristics of cement stable base layer,unconfined compressive strength,California bearing ratio,splitting performance and other road performance,and the multi-objective analysis of optimal RAP dosage.Prediction of the development trend of RAP in the field of semi-rigid materials in the future is also presented.
