摘 要:铝电解阳极覆盖料性能及覆盖制度对铝电解槽稳定运行具有重要影响。本文从阳极覆盖料的保温性能研究、阳极覆盖料对电解槽物料平衡研究和阳极覆盖料防(阳极)氧化性能研究等方面介绍国内外阳极覆盖料研究进展,以期为国内铝电解节能、能耗双控目标实现和效益提升提供借鉴。同时指出,复杂电解质体系下,服役过程中覆盖料与与电解槽内物料的相互作用及理论研究较少。因此在上述方面开展系统研究,为我国复杂电解质体系、低电压条件下铝电解生产节能降耗提供理论支撑。The properties and covering system of aluminum electrolysis anode cover material have important influence on the stable operation of aluminum electrolysis cell.In this paper,the research progress of anode cover material at home and abroad was introduced from the aspects of thermal insulation performance,effect on material balance of electrolysis cell and anti-oxidation performance on anode,so as to provide reference for the realization of energy-saving and energy-saving dual control goals and benefit improvement of aluminum electrolysis.At the same time,it was pointed out that there were few theoretical studies on the interaction between the cover material and the material in the electrolysis cell during service in complex electrolyte system.It was necessary to carry out systematic research in the above aspects to provide theoretical support for energy saving and consumption reduction in aluminum electrolysis production under complex electrolyte system and low voltage in China.
