摘 要:Mg-Sn基合金是应用前景广阔的时效强化型合金,添加合金元素可以细化Mg_(2)Sn沉淀相,并增强其时效强化效果,合金化元素选择及添加量是优化Mg-Sn合金力学性能的关键因素。本文总结了6种有理和9种无理的Mg_(2)Sn与Mg基体的取向关系,具有有理取向的Mg_(2)Sn沉淀位于基面呈板状和棒状,而无理取向的Mg_(2)Sn沉淀为非基面的板状和盘状。结合形貌和取向,进一步综述合金元素对Mg_(2)Sn沉淀相形核和生长的影响规律,其中Al、Zn元素促使非基面Mg_(2)Sn相析出;Ag、Na元素为Mg_(2)Sn相提供更多的形核位点;Ca和Y元素形成高熔点的三元相,时效效果不理想。基于研究现状,展望了Mg-Sn基合金研究趋势和方向。Mg-Sn based alloys are aging strengthening alloys with broad application prospect.The addition of alloying elements can refine Mg_(2)Sn precipitates and enhance its aging strengthening effect,and the selection and addition of alloying elements are the key factors to optimize the mechanical properties of Mg-Sn alloys.In this paper,6 kinds of rational and 9 irrational orientation relationships(ORs)between Mg_(2)Sn and Mg matrix are summarized.The Mg_(2)Sn precipitates with rational OR are plate-like and rod-like on the basal plane,while irrationally oriented Mg_(2)Sn precipitates are lath-like and plate-like on the non-basal plane.Combined with morphology and ORs,the effects of alloying elements on the nucleation and growth of Mg_(2)Sn precipitates are further reviewed.Al and Zn elements promote the precipitation of non-basal Mg_(2)Sn phase;Ag and Na elements provide more nucleation sites for the Mg_(2)Sn phase;Ca and Y elements form a ternary phase with high melting point,and the aging effect is ideal.Based on the research status,the research trends and directions of Mg-Sn-based alloys are prospected.
