摘 要:随着电动汽车的发展,电池与车身一体化(Cell to body,CTB)受到越来越多的主机厂青睐;车身与电池包密封是该技术的难题之一,硅胶泡棉作为CTB密封的首选材料,能够通过压缩充分吸收电池包与车身的制造公差,同时具有硅橡胶优异的耐老化性、耐腐蚀性以及密封性能;但是市面上流行的CTB密封结构都是相对平整的密封面,对存在凹槽、台阶类型的密封面很少研究。本工作探究了硅胶泡棉在车身密封面存在台阶、凹槽以及中间接触面存在凸台情况下的密封效果,当存在贯穿式的台阶和凹槽时,单独通过硅胶泡棉密封达不到IPX7密封等级;可以通过涂胶浸润凹槽或者台阶直角,再用硅胶泡棉进行密封能满足IPX7密封等级;对于接触面中间存在凸台的情况,硅胶泡棉密封可以满足IPX7密封等级,本实验结果可供电池包与车身密封设计者们提供参考。With the development of electric vehicles,cell to body(CTB)is increasingly favored by main engine plants.Sealing the vehicle body and battery pack is one of the challenges of this technology.Silicone foam is the preferred material for CTB sealing,which can fully absorb the manufacturing tolerance between the battery pack and the vehicle body through compression.At the same time,it has excellent aging resistance,corrosion resistance,and sealing performance of silicone rubber.However,the CTB sealing structures on the market are relatively flat sealing surfaces,and there is little research on sealing surfaces with grooves and step types.This work explored the sealing effect of silicone foam on car body sealing surfaces with steps,grooves,and protrusions in the middle contact surface.Under the presence of penetrating steps and grooves,the sealing grade of IPX7 cannot be achieved through silicone foam sealing.However,by immersing the groove or step right angle with glue and sealing with silicone foam,it can meet the IPX7 sealing grade.For cases where there is a protrusion in the middle of the contact surface,silicone foam sealing can meet the IPX7 sealing level.The results of this experiment can provide reference for battery pack and vehicle body sealing designers.
