摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药方(健脾温阳止泻汤)治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月寿光市人民医院收治的80例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊的方法进行治疗;治疗组给予自拟健脾温阳止泻汤,比较两组的症状积分及疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率为95%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为75%,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05);治疗组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾温阳止泻汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合症的效果较为明显,可以改善患者腹胀、腹痛、排便症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Chinese prescription(Jianpi Wenyang Zhixie Decoction)on diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral enteric-coated capsules of compound glutamine.The treatment group was given self-made Jianpi Wenyang Zhixie Decoction.Symptom scores and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95%in the treatment group and 75%in the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Wenyang Zhixie Decoction has obvious effect on treating diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,which can improve the symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and defecation.
