常规治疗联合肺泡灌洗对重症肺炎的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究重症肺炎运用常规治疗联合肺泡灌洗治疗的价值。方法选取2021年1月-2023年6月江南大学附属医院收治的82例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为研究组(41例,常规治疗联合肺泡灌洗治疗)和对照组(41例,常规治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平,应激指标水平、肺泡氧合功能指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的降钙素原、C反应蛋白、血管紧张素Ⅰ、血管紧张素Ⅱ、皮质醇均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治疗后的氧分压更高,二氧化碳分压更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对重症肺炎运用常规治疗联合肺泡灌洗治疗的效果更好。Objective To study the value of conventional treatment combined with alveolar lavage for severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Jiangnan University Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group(41 cases,conventional treatment combined with alveolar lavage treatment)and the control group(41 cases,conventional treatment)using random number table method.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,levels of stress indicators,and indicators of alveolar oxygenation function between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.12%)was higher than that in the control group(75.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,angiotensin Ⅰ,angiotensinⅡ,and cortisol in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher oxygen partial pressure and lower carbon dioxide partial pressure after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of conventional treatment combined with alveolar lavage for severe pneumonia is better.
