探讨氯吡格雷与替格瑞洛治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的分析急性心肌梗死实施替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷治疗的价值。方法选取商河县人民医院于2020年10月—2023年10月收治的160例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,以单双数进行分组,分为比照组和探究组,各80例。比照组行氯吡格雷治疗,探究组行替格瑞洛治疗。比较两组患者的血小板状态、心功能、疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,探究组的血小板凝聚率、血小板计数均低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探究组的左心室射血分数高于比照组,探究组的左室舒张末期内径低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组总有效率达98.75%,高于比照组的91.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组并发症发生率(2.50%)低于比照组(11.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.783,P<0.05)。结论替格瑞洛疗效好,能调节血小板状态,修复心脏功能,相比氯吡格雷其并发症少,能降低急性心肌梗死复发风险。Objective To analyze the value of ticagrelor and clopidogrel in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 160 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into comparison group and exploration group with 80 cases each according to the odd and even number.Clopidogrel was treated in the comparison group,and ticagrelor was treated in the exploratory group.The platelet status,cardiac function,efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and platelet count in the exploration group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the exploratory group was higher than those in the comparison group,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the exploratory group was lower than that in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The exploratory rate of the exploratory group was 98.75%,higher than that of the comparison group(91.25%),and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the exploratory group(2.50%)was lower than that in the comparison group(11.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.783,P<0.05).Conclusion Ticagrelor has good curative effect,can regulate platelet status,repair heart function,has fewer complications than clopidogrel,and can reduce the risk of acute myocardial infarction.
