阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗混合型高脂血症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀在混合型高脂血症患者中的应用价值。方法随机选取2022年10月—2023年9月贵阳市花溪区人民医院收治的84例混合型高脂血症患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组仅使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组加用依折麦布,比较两组血脂指标、临床疗效及用药后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.974,P=0.026)。观察组血脂指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布可提升混合型高脂血症患者的临床疗效,对血脂水平的改善效果显著,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the application value of ezetimibe combined with atorvastatin in patients with mixed hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 84 patients with mixed hyperlipidemia treated in Huaxi District People's Hospital of Guiyang City from October 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with 42 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin only,and the observation group was treated with ezetimibe.Blood lipid indexes,clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.974,P=0.026).The level of lipid indexes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with mixed hyperlipidemia,and the combined administration has a significant improvement effect on blood lipid level and good safety.
