阿戈美拉汀与草酸艾司西酞普兰联合治疗对抑郁症患者症状及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究阿戈美拉汀与草酸艾司西酞普兰联合治疗对抑郁症患者症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法单纯选取2022年10月—2023年8月泉州市第三医院收治的100例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组给予阿戈美拉汀与草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗。对比两组患者不同治疗时间的抑郁症状程度、睡眠质量以及药物不良反应。结果治疗4、8周后,观察组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)中各个项目(日间功能障碍、催眠药物、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率及睡眠障碍)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者药物不良反应总发生率比较(12.00%vs 8.00%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.444,P=0.504)。结论阿戈美拉汀与草酸艾司西酞普兰联合治疗可更有效减轻抑郁症患者的症状程度,改善患者的睡眠质量,且不会明显造成药物不良反应的发生,安全性相对有保障。Objective To study the effects of agomelatine combined with escitalopram oxalate on symptoms and sleep quality in patients with depression.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression admitted to Quanzhou Third Hospital from October 2022 to August 2023 were simple selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given escitalopram oxalate for treatment,and the observation group was given agomelatine and escitalopram oxalate for treatment.The degree of depressive symptoms at different treatment times,sleep quality and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores(daytime dysfunction,hypnotic drugs,time to fall asleep,sleep duration,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,and sleep disturbance)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(12.00%vs 8.00%)(χ^(2)=0.444,P=0.504).Conclusion The combination of agomelatine and escitalopram oxalate can more effectively reduce the symptoms of patients with depression,improve the quality of sleep of patients,and will not cause obvious drug side reactions,and the safety is relatively guaranteed.
