对青少年近视佩戴角膜塑形镜患者实施优质护理的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对青少年近视佩戴角膜塑形镜患者采取优质护理的意义。方法随机选取2021年10月—2023年10月甘肃省人民医院接诊的70例近视佩戴角膜塑形镜患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组与观察组。对照组35例采用常规护理,观察组35例采用优质护理。对比两组患者护理前后裸眼视力、屈光度数差异及并发症。结果护理前和护理后7 d时,观察组裸眼视力、屈光度数与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组护理后30、60 d时,裸眼视力、屈光度数更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.71%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。结论青少年近视佩戴角膜塑形镜时,给予优质护理可进一步改善近视患者的裸眼视力和屈光度数,并降低角膜上皮损伤等并发症的发生,安全性更高,患者接受度更高。Objective To explore the significance of adopting quality nursing care for adolescent myopic patients wearing keratoplasty lenses.Methods 70 cases of myopic keratoplasty lenses patients received by Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.In the control group,35 cases were treated with conventional nursing care,and in the observation group,35 cases were treated with quality nursing care.The differences in naked eye visual acuity,refractive error,complications were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results There was no statistically significant in the naked eye visual acuity and refractive error between the observation group and the control group at before and 7-day after nursing care(all P>0.05).At 30-day and 60-day after care,the naked-eye visual acuity and refractive error of the observation group were better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of 5.71%in the observation group was lower than that in the care group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).Conclusion When wearing keratoplasty lenses for adolescent myopia,giving quality care can further improve the naked-eye visual acuity and refractive error of myopia patients and reduce the occurrence of complications such as corneal epithelial damage,which is safer and more accepted by patients.
