抑肝和胃方联合和胃安胎贴敷治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究抑肝和胃方联合和胃安胎贴敷治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的临床效果。方法系统选取福建省福州市闽侯县医院于2022年1—12月收治的102例肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻患者为研究对象,按单双号随机分为两组,各51例。两组均采用常规治疗方法。对照组行抑肝和胃方口服治疗。观察组在口服抑肝和胃方后进行和胃安胎贴敷治疗。对比两组恶心呕吐症状积分、呕吐消失时间、治疗效果和尿酮体转阴耗时。结果观察组治疗后5、10 d恶心呕吐症状积分低于对照组,呕吐消失时间、尿酮体转阴时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.04%、高于对照组的84.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.386,P<0.05)。结论抑肝和胃方联合和胃安胎贴敷治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻疾病效果显著,在缓解呕吐症状方面具有明显的优势,操作方便快捷,治疗效果优异。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiganhewei Prescription combined with heweiantai Patch in the treatment of disordered pregnancy with liver and stomach.Methods A total of 102 patients with liver and stomach disordered pregnancy dysplasia from Minhou County Hospital of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province from January to December 2022 were system selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups with odd and even numbers,fifty-one cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group received oral treatment of Yiganhewei Prescription.Observation group was treated with heweiantai Patch after oral Yiganhewei Prescription.The scores of nausea and vomiting symptoms,the time for vomiting to disappear,the therapeutic effect and the time for urine ketone body to turn negative were compared between the two groups.Results The nausea and vomiting symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 5-day and 10-day after treatment,and the time for the disappearance of vomiting and the time for the conversion of urinary ketones to negative were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total treatment effectiveness rate of 98.04%in the observation group was higher than that of 84.31%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.386,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiganhewei Prescription and heweiantai Patch has remarkable effect in the treatment of pregnancy disorder of liver and stomach disconnection,and has obvious advantages in alleviating vomiting symptoms,convenient operation and excellent therapeutic effect.
