针灸联合调周法治疗脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(脾虚痰湿型)不孕患者联合采用调周法和针灸的临床疗效。方法简单随机选取2022年1月—2023年1月青岛市黄岛区中医医院收治的100例多囊卵巢综合征(脾虚痰湿型)不孕患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,50例/组,对照组采用调周法治疗,观察组在其基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、性激素水平。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.761,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组性激素指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征(脾虚痰湿型)不孕患者实施中医调周法和针灸疗法协同施治,可以更好地调节激素水平,提高妊娠成功率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combined use of the Tiaozhou method and acupuncture in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type).Methods A total of 100 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness type)treated in Qingdao Huangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were simple randomly selected and divided into two group with 50 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with Tiaozhou method,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of this method.The treatment efficiency and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.761,P<0.05).After treatment,sex hormone indexes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness type)can better regulate hormone levels and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
