摘 要:沥青混凝土路面唧浆、基层开裂反射至路面层病害是高速公路养护中的常见病害,采用铣刨重铺的常规方法处治,费时费工、成本加大且对高速公路车辆通行有较大的影响。文章分析了路面唧浆病害产生的原因,简要介绍了高聚物注浆技术原理,材料性能指标及施工工艺。结合工程实例验证了高聚物注浆技术可有效填充路面及基层开裂、局部微空洞,快速恢复路面结构层功能,是处治路面唧浆病害的一种经济、高效的技术手段,对于延长公路的使用寿命,减少行车安全隐患具有重要的应用意义。Asphalt concrete pavement slurry damage and reflection of base cracking to pavement layer are common diseases in expressway maintenance.The conventional methods such as milling and resurfacing are time-consuming and labor-consuming,which increase the cost and have a great impact on the traffic of expressway vehicles.The paper analyzes the causes of pavement slurry damage,and briefly introduces the technical principle of high-polymer-grouting,material performance index and construction technology.Combined with the engineering example,it is proved that the high polymer grouting technology can effectively fill the pavement and base cracking,local micro-voids and quickly restore the function of the pavement structure layer,it is an economical and efficient technical means to treat the disease of slurry damage.It has important application significance for prolonging the service life of expressway and reducing the hidden danger of driving safety.
