摘　　要：基于高职院校畜牧兽医类专业岗位实习管理模式的实践,本文从岗位实习的组织、实习咨询及问题处理、安全保障、监督与抽查、管理中的突出问题及成因分析与优化途径方面进行了梳理与总结,并据此提出了加强信息共享,积极推进信息化管理;基于“三全育人”理念,引导学生树立正确实习观念;持续推进规范化管理,建立长效机制的实施路径,以期为我国高职院校畜牧兽医类专业岗位实习管理模式提供借鉴。Based on the practice of internship management mode for animal husbandry and veterinary majors in vocational colleges,this article summarizes and sorts out the organization of internship,internship consultation,problem handling,safety assurance,supervision and spot checks,prominent problems in management,analysis of their causes and optimization methods.Based on this,it proposed to strengthen information sharing and actively promote information management.Based on the concept of "comprehensive education",guide students to establish correct internship concepts;The implementation path of continuously promoting standardized management and establishing a long-term mechanism,in order to provide a reference for the internship management mode of animal husbandry and veterinary majors in vocational colleges in China.
