摘　　要：随着科学技术和经济的高速发展、城镇化率提高、人口老龄化问题日益突出、务农劳动力不足等,给农业机械化、农业机械智能化、农产品产业化充分发挥越来越大的作用提供了可能。但一直以来,我国的农业机械偏大型化,价格昂贵,且不适合丘陵山区和小地块的散农户使用,丘陵山区的土地模式为我国农业机械化的全面推广带来一定的阻力。鉴于此,文章提出一种小型多功能甘蔗种植机,集开沟、切种、施肥、覆土和保护等功能于一体,种植机小型、轻便、灵活、造价低,并且操作简单(一人操作机器,一人投料,相互配合即可),为丘陵山区和小地块的散农户提供一款经济、减少人员耕种、减小劳动强度、提高耕种效率的小型多功能甘蔗种植机。With the rapid development of science,technology and economy,the improvement of urbanization rate,the aging of population,the shortage of agricultural labor force and other issues will give full play to the role of agricultural mechanization,agricultural machinery intelligence,agricultural industrialization.However,China’s agricultural machinery has always been large-scale and expensive,and is not suitable for the use of scattered farmers in hills,mountains and small plots.The land pattern in hilly and mountainous areas has brought certain resistance to the overall promotion of agricultural mechanization in China.In view of this,this paper proposed a small multi-functional sugarcane planter,which integrated the functions of ditching,seed cutting,fertilization,soil covering and protection,etc.The planter is small,lightweight,flexible,low cost,and simple to operate(one person operates the machine,one person feeds,and can cooperate with each other).It provided the choice of a small multi-functional sugarcane planter with lower cost of money,personnel cultivation,labor intensity and higher cultivation efficiency for scattered farmers in hilly areas and small plots.
