摘　　要：在我国科技创新发展新阶段,加强科技基础能力建设是立足当前、面向长远的一项重大任务部署。河北一直致力于加强科技创新基础能力建设,把科技创新作为加快建设经济强省、美丽河北的重要支撑,提升自身的创新能力和竞争力,为推动国家科技创新发展贡献力量。在明确加强科技创新基础能力建设必要性的基础上,分析河北科技创新现状,探究加强河北科技创新基础能力建设的措施,以期为河北开展科技创新活动提供建议和参考。Scientific and technological basic capacity needs to be improved in China.This is a major task deployed in the new stage of scientific and technological innovation development in China,which is based on the present and oriented to the future.Taking scientific and technological innovation as its pillar to speed up in building Hebei into an economically-strong and beautiful province,Hebei has always been committed to improving its basic capacity for scientific and technological innovation,so as to strengthen its own innovation capabilities and competitiveness,and contribute its share to the development of national scientific and technological innovation.On the basis of clarifying the necessity of improving basic capacity for scientific and technological innovation,this paper analyzes the current situation of scientific and technological innovation in Hebei,explores measures to strengthen the basic capacity for scientific and technological innovation in Hebei,and provides suggestions and references for carrying out scientific and technological innovation activities in Hebei Province.
