摘　　要：从缙云老城区条石建筑的现状入手,梳理了缙云条石建筑的发展历程,经实地调研总结出其数量多和类型丰富的特点。通过对建筑本身的历史、科学、艺术和情感价值的解析,总结出缙云老城区条石建筑保护与再利用的策略:整合资源,营造特色文化场馆;构建体系,打造主题文化街区;打通生态,开辟文化旅游线路。以期让这些条石建筑生命得到延续,老城区的历史文化得到传承。Starting with the present situation of boulder strip buildings in Jinyun old town,this paper outlines the development course of Jinyun boulder strip buildings,and summarizes the characteristics of large quantity and rich types through field investigation.Through the analysis of the historical,scientific,artistic and emotional values of the buildings themselves,the paper summarizes the strategies for the protection and reuse of boulder strip buildings in Jinyun old town:integrating resources to create characteristic cultural venues;Construct the system and create the theme cultural block;Open up the ecology to develop cultural tourism routes.It is hoped that these boulder strip buildings will continue their life and the historical culture of the old city will be inherited.
