Focus超声刀与传统方法在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的 比较Focus超声刀与传统方法在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年5月于信阳市人民医院行开放性甲状腺手术治疗且随访至2023年6月的甲状腺疾病患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对比围手术期指标、白细胞计数(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血钙(Ca^(2+))、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、术后并发症及复发率情况。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、切口长度、并发症发生率及总复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h WBC、CRP和术后12、24、48、72 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,而Ca^(2+)、PTH高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Focus超声刀与传统方法相比,前者能缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,以及减轻对甲状旁腺功能的影响。Objective To compare the influence of Focus ultrasonic scalpel and traditional methods in open thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with thyroid disease who underwent open thyroid surgery in Xinyang People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 and were followed up until June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.Perioperative indexes,white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),blood calcium(Ca^(2+)),parathyroid hormone(PTH),visual analogue scale(VAS)score,postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,incision length,complication rate and total recurrence rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The postoperative 24 hours WBC,CRP and VAS scores at 12,24,48 and 72 hours in observation group were lower than those in control group,while Ca^(2+)and PTH were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,the Focus ultrasound knife can shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce the impact on parathyroid function.
