摘　　要：目的 探讨eCASH护理模式在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选定2021年5月至2023年4月在河南省胸科医院接受治疗的100名患者作为研究对象。为确保研究的科学性和公正性,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50名。对照组的患者接受常规护理服务,而观察组的患者则接受eCASH护理模式,对比两组患者的护理效果,评估eCASH护理模式的临床价值。结果 观察组镇静镇痛效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理前,两组患者在心率、收缩压、舒张压、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)等指标上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的心率、收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,LVEF则高于对照组,同时LVEDD和LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在护理前的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分相较于对照组提升(P<0.05)。结论 患者心脏瓣膜置换术后接受eCASH护理模式,能够获得较好的镇静镇痛效果,改善各项临床指标,促进疾病的好转。Objective To explore the application effect of eCASH nursing mode in patients after heart valve replacement.Methods A total of 100 patients treated in Henan Chest Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as research subjects.In order to ensure the scientific and fair research,these patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing service,while the patients in the observation group received eCASH nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,the clinical value of eCASH nursing mode was evaluated.Results The sedative and analgesic effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after nursing,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but after nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients receiving the eCASH nursing mode after heart valve replacement can obtain better sedation and analgesia effect,improve various clinical indexes and promote the improvement of the disease.
