摘 要:目的 探讨基于NRS2002量表评估的营养支持疗法对围手术期胃肠癌患者营养状况改善的影响。方法 选取2022年1—12月某三甲医院接收的40例需要进行手术的胃肠癌患者,并采用随机数字法分成观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受营养支持疗法。结果 观察组白蛋白、转铁血红蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 营养支持疗法能有效改善围手术期胃肠癌患者的营养状况,减少营养相关并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support therapy based on NRS2002 on the improvement of nutritional status in patients with gastrointestinal cancer during perioperative period.Methods From January to December 2022,40 patients with gastrointestinal cancer requiring surgery were selected from a Grade-Ⅲhospital,and divided into observation group and control group by random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nutritional support therapy on the basis of the control group.Results Albumin,transfermoglobin,hemoglobin and prealbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support therapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of gastrointestinal cancer patients during perioperative period and reduce the occurrence of complications.
