我国中心城市经济高质量发展水平测度及差异分析——基于时空博弈组合权重的TOPSIS模型

摘　　要：城市经济高质量发展为中国式现代化的顺利推进提供了有力支撑,科学测度我国中心城市的经济高质量发展水平并分析其差异具有重要意义。文章以2010—2021年我国35个中心城市为样本,构建城市经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用博弈论组合赋权方法建立时空博弈组合权重TOPSIS模型进行测度,并借助Dagum基尼系数分析其差异性。结果显示:我国各中心城市经济高质量发展的相对差距逐渐缩小,该差异主要来源于区域间差异,北京、深圳领先地位明显;区域内差异呈现东部>西部>东北>中部的特征。The high-quality development of urban economy provides strong support for the smooth progress of Chinese modernization.It is of great significance to scientifically measure the high-quality development level of China's central cities and analyze their differences.Taking 35 central cities in China from 2010 to 2021 as samples,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality urban economic development,uses the game theory combination weighting method to establish the TOPSIS model of spatio-temporal game theory combination weight for measurement,and analyzes its differences with the help of Dagum Gini coefficient.The results show that the relative gap of high-quality economic development among China's central cities has gradually narrowed,and the difference mainly comes from regional differences.Beijing and Shenzhen have a clear leading position.The intra-regional differences show the characteristics of eastern>western>northeast>central.
