摘　　要：在教育领域综合改革不断深化的背景下,如何充分履行人才培养、科学研究、社会服务的三大重要职能,打造三者深度融合、协同联动、集约高效的办学机制,以此提升高校办学水平,是高校面临的重要问题,也是难题。文章以辽宁大学实施的社会现实场景真实问题贯通的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务一体化办学机制为研究案例,运用系统论和系统耦合理论,遵循“要素-结构-功能”的逻辑,从理论与实践两个层面对大学这一系统进行分析,揭示出真实问题导向下高校办学机制的价值意蕴、内涵要义、运行机理及实践逻辑,为高校办学特别是国家教育科技人才“三位一体”发展提供理论支撑与实践借鉴。In the context of the deepening of comprehensive reform in the field of education,how to give full play to the three important functions of talent training,scientific research and social service,and create a deep integration,collaborative linkage,intensive and efficient school-running mechanism,so as to improve the level of colleges and universities,is an important problem and a difficult problem faced by colleges and universities.This paper takes the integrated school-running mechanism of talent training,scientific research and social service implemented in the context of real problems in society by Liaoning University as a case study,uses systems theory and system coupling theory,follows the logic of"element-structure-function",analyzes the university system from the two levels of theory and practice,and reveals the value implication,connotation,operation mechanism and practical logic of the university running mechanism under the guidance of real problems,which provides theoretical support and practical reference for the development of colleges and universities,especially the"trinity"of education,science and technology,and talents.
