摘 要:为解决废旧晶体硅光伏组件回收过程中层压件难以分离、产生二次污染和效率较低等问题,对废旧晶体硅光伏板机械式分离回收设备展开研究,制订了废旧晶体硅光伏板回收工艺流程,设计并加工试制了首代样机。结果表明:以245 Wp废旧晶体硅光伏板为例,分离效率可达2.45 min/块,切削分离后盖板玻璃表面残留率为6.48%,残膜厚度为0.074 mm,单块光伏板拆解费用为0.224元/块。本试验验证了机械式拆分废旧晶体硅光伏板的可行性,为废旧晶体硅光伏板的回收提供参考。The research on the mechanical splitting and recycling equipment for waste crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel are conducted to solve the problems of difficult splitting of laminated parts,secondary pollution and low efficiency in the recycling process of waste crystalline silicon photovol-taic modules.A recycling process for waste crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel is formulated.The first-generation prototype is designed and processed.The results show that the separation efficiency can reach 2.45 mins per block taking the 245 Wp waste crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel as an example.The residual rate on the surface of the cover plate glass is 6.48%after cutting and splitting.The residual film thickness is 0.074 mm,and the dismantling cost of a single photovoltaic panel is 0.224 yuan.The experimental results verify the feasibility of mechanical splitting of waste crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel,which can provide reference for the recycling of waste crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel.
