摘  要:为探究盐度胁迫对青海湖裸鲤幼鱼组织和血液中非特异性免疫酶活性的影响,采用5‰、10‰、15‰盐度分别胁迫6、12、24、48、72 h后,测定青海湖裸鲤幼鱼鳃、肾脏和肝脏中CAT、SOD、ACP和AKP的酶活性,测定肝脏中GPT和GOT的酶活性及血清中LZM的酶活性。结果表明:经过盐度胁迫后,鳃、肾脏和肝脏中SOD、CAT的酶活性均被激活,且有不同程度的升高;肝脏中ACP及肾脏和肝脏中AKP的酶活性均显著增加;鳃和肾脏中ACP和鳃中AKP的酶活性均未被激活或受到抑制;血清中LZM酶活性的变化趋势各异。各盐度组肝脏中GOT和GPT的酶活性都表现出升高趋势且数倍于对照组,且在不同盐度组中GPT酶活性的增长幅度大于GOT酶活性。研究结果有助于进一步了解在经历盐度突变时青海湖裸鲤幼鱼的应答反应、机体受损程度和免疫状况,从而为提高人工增殖放流在青海湖裸鲤资源恢复中的贡献率提供数据参考。To investigate the effects of salinity stress on the non-specific immune enzyme activities in the tissue and blood of Gymnocypris przewalskii,the activities of CAT,SOD,ACP and AKP in gill,kidney and liver are measured under 5‰,10‰and 15‰salinity stresses for 6,12,24,48 and 72 h respectively.The activities of CAT,SOD,ACP and AKP in gill,kidney and liver are measured.Besides,the activities of GPT and GOT in liver and LZM in serum are also deter mined.The results show that the activities of SOD and CAT in gill,kidney and liver are activated and increased to varying degrees under salinity stress.ACP in liver and AKP in kidney and liver are significantly increased.The activities of ACP and AKP in gill and kidney are either not activated or inhibited.The trend of LZM activity in serum is different.The activities of GOT and GPT in liver of all experimental groups show an increasing trend,which are several times higher than those in the control group.The increasing range of GPT activity in different salinity treatment groups is greater than that of GOT activity.The research results is conducive to explore the response,degree of damage and immune status of Gymnocypris przewalskii during salinity mutations,thereby providing data reference for improving the contribution rate of artificial proliferation and release to the recovery of Gymnocypris przewalskii.
