摘　　要：“三线建设”是独立自主、自力更生布局我国国防战备和基础工业建设的一次伟大探索,为新时代中国特色社会主义建设作出了重要历史贡献。三线建设巩固了国防,加强了战备,为改革开放的开启提供了国家安全前提。三线建设改善了我国工业经济东西部不平衡的布局,促成了西部的开发,从物质条件为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想奠定良好的基础。三线建设锻造出“三线精神”,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的有益养分;三线建设取得的巨大成就充分证明中国共产党的正确领导,社会主义公有制及举国体制的显著优势,增强了人民对社会主义制度、中国特色社会主义道路的坚定认同。Third Line Construction is a great exploration of independent and self-reliant layout of China's national defense and basic industrial construction,and has made important historical contribu⁃tions to the creation and development of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Third Line Construction has consolidated national defense,improved combat readiness,and provided a security pre⁃requisite for the opening up of reform and opening up.Third Line Construction has improved the uneven layout of China's industrial economy in the east and west,facilitated the development of the western re⁃gion,and laid a solid foundation for the creation and development of socialism with Chinese characteris⁃tics from a material perspective.Third Line Construction forges the Third Line Spirit,which is a benefi⁃cial nutrient in the cultivation of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.The great achievements in Third Line Construction fully demonstrate the correct leadership of the CPC,the advantages of socialist public ownership and the system of nationwide mobilization of resources,and have reinforced people's confidence and belief in the socialist system and the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
