新形势下四川释放内需潜力的路径研究

摘　　要：释放内需潜力是四川应对当前复杂的国际国内新形势的客观要求,对推动经济持续恢复向好有重要的现实意义。四川释放内需潜力具备诸多优势条件,同时也面临居民消费意愿下滑、有效投资增长乏力、供给体系质量不优及供需衔接不够顺畅等制约内需潜力释放的难点和堵点,需从推动消费提质扩容、夯实投资基础作用、提升供给体系质量、优化市场环境和促进城乡区域协调发展等路径着手,更好促进内需潜力释放,为推动经济高质量发展提供有力支撑。Unlocking the potential of domestic demand is an objective requirement for Sichuan to deal with the new complex domestic and international situations.Sichuan has many advantages to develop domestic demand potential;however,it is also faced with difficulties and obstacles,such as declining con⁃sumers'will to buy,sluggish growth of effective investment,poor quality of supply system,and poor match between supply and demand,etc.It is necessary to break the bottleneck of consumption by promoting con⁃sumption quality and capacity,consolidating investment's basic role,improving supply system's quality,optimizing market environment,and promoting coordinated urban and rural development,so as to better unlock the potential of domestic demand and provide strong support for quality economic development.
