摘 要:文中利用微波烧结工艺制备绿色全固废烧结砖,通过对全固废烧结砖进行抗压强度、吸水率以及抗冻性能测试,并借助微观试验手段对烧结砖内部结构进行表征分析。研究发现微波烧结砖性能优于电炉烧结砖。相较于电炉烧结砖体,微波烧结工艺能够促进全固废烧结砖内部的矿物相变,在降低烧成温度的同时提高烧结砖内部结构致密化程度,从而导致微波烧结砖体的抗压强度、吸水率、抗冻性能均得到明显提升。研究可为微波烧结全固废烧结砖在实际的推广提供数据参考。The full solid waste based green sintered brick is prepared by microwave sintering process,and the com⁃pressive strength,water absorption,and freezing resistance of sintered brick aretested,after which the internal struc⁃ture of the sintered brick is characterized and analyzed by means of microscopic methods.Compared to electric fur⁃nace sintered bricks,the microwave sintering process promotes the mineral phase transformation in full-solid waste sintered bricks,which reduces the sintering temperature and improves the internal structure dense degree of sintered bricks,resulting in significantly improved compressive strength,water absorption,and anti-freezing properties of mi⁃crowave sintered bricks,providing the data reference for the popularization of microwave sintered solid waste sin⁃tered bricks.
