摘 要:依托牙城湾特大桥,采用Midas建立全桥杆系模型,计算上部结构对主墩截面的作用反力,并结合仿真分析软件LS-DYNA,建立了DWT3000t船舶撞击牙城湾特大桥主塔承台分析模型,撞击力计算结果与经验公式结果进行对比。并基于建立的船撞桥有限元分析模型,调整船舶与承台的撞击角度。结果表明,船舶撞击力随夹角α的增大呈现减小的变化趋势,且撞击力峰值减小速度越来越快。基于仿真分析结果,对牙城湾特大桥增设主动防撞预警标志及橡胶护舷被动防船撞设施,有效增强了桥梁结构及通行船舶的安全性。Based on the Yachengwan Extra Large Bridge,a full bridge member system model is established using Midas to calculate the reaction force of the upper structure on the main pier section.Combined with the simulation analysis software LS-DYNA,a DWT3000t ship impact analysis model for the main tower cap of the Yachengwan Ex⁃tra Large Bridge is established.The impact force calculation results are compared with the results of empirical formu⁃las.Based on the established finite element analysis model of ship collision bridge,the collision angle between the ship and the pier is adjusted.The results indicate that the ship's impact force decreaseswith the increase of included angleα,and the peak impact force decreases at a faster rate.Based on simulation analysis results,active collision warning signs and passive ship collision prevention facilities with rubber fenders are added to the Yachengwan Extra Large Bridge,effectively enhancing the safety of the bridge structure,and passing ships.
