摘 要:基坑BIM模型的创建利用BIM技术,核心是建立一个信息化模型。为了解决高效创建复杂基坑BIM模型的问题,文中基于Revit平台分析了如何实现基坑模型的创建,通过实际研究总结提出单构件法、复合断面法、翻模法三种主要的基坑BIM建模方法,并对三种建模方法进行了详细论述以及优缺点对比分析,然后通过实例详细介绍了利用三种方式实现基坑四周挡土及止水体系、坑内加固体系、支撑体系的创建步骤,实现了复杂深基坑模型的快速创建。结果表明重视建立基坑族构件库、采用合适的建模方法并综合应用,可在Revit平台快速建立复杂基坑准确的BIM模型。The core of adopting BIM technology in foundation pit is to establish an information model.which is limit⁃ed to efficient creation of complex foundation pit BIM.The method of the creation of the foundation pit model based on Revit platform is proposed,including single component method,composite section method,and reconstructed method.The methods are discussed in terms of the advantages and disadvantages.Through the practical projects,the creation steps of the retaining and water system,pit reinforcement system,and support system are illustrated to achieve the rapid creation of complex deep foundation pit model.The results show that the BIM model of complex foundation pit can be established rapidly and accurately on the Revit platform by attaching importance to the estab⁃lishment of foundation pit family component library,adopting appropriate modeling methods and applying them com⁃prehensively.
