摘  要:既有跨铁路路堑(35+60+35)m预应力混凝土现浇连续箱梁,主跨下有某铁路6条,桥梁边孔下方拟新增铁路两线,边孔下及桥台土体需挖除,并扩建1-35m装配式简支小箱梁。原桥台土体挖除会导致桥台桩基外露不满足受力要求,桥梁接长需拆除原桥台并在原桥台位置处新建桥墩用以支承原上部梁及新接长梁,从而保证原连续梁受力体系不改变及运营安全。根据本桥托梁换柱接长设计方案,对设计思路、临时墩位置、支撑系统、梁体验算、施工控制等进行总结,为后续相似工程设计提供借鉴。The existing(35+60+35)m prestressed concrete cast-in-place continuous beam bridge spans across cutting of railway.There are six railways under the main span,and two new railway tracks are planned to be added below the bridge side holes.The soil below the side holes and the bridge abutment needs to be demolished,and the 1-35m precast small box girder needs to be expanded.The excavation of the original abutment soil will result in the exposed pile foundation of the abutment not meeting the requirements.The bridge extension requires the removal of the original abutment and the construction of new piers at the original abutment position to support the original beam and the new beam,thereby ensuring that the original continuous beam stress system remains unchanged and the operation is safe.Based on the design for replacing and expanding the supporting beams and columns of this bridge,summary of the design ideas,temporary pier positions,support systems,beam verification,construction control are provided to for the subsequent similar projects.
