摘　　要：从地方高校人才培养市场生态的基本概况出发,选取了人才培养水平指数、市场需求水平指数和环境容量指数三级指标构建地方高校人才培养市场生态安全预警模型,运用差分进化算法(EA)对模型参数进行估计预测,得出生态安全预警系数。为政府和高校提供生态安全预警分析报告,进而为高校的人才培养数量和质量提供决策依据。Based on the basic survey of the market ecology of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities,the three indexes of talent cultivation level index,market demand level index and environmental capacity index are selected to construct the ecological security early-warning model of talent cultivation market in local colleges and universities,the parameters of the model were estimated and predicted by the differential evolution algorithm(EA),and the early warning coefficient of ecological security was obtained.To provide the government and the university with the ecological security early warning analysis report,and then for the university's personnel training quantity and quality to provide the decision-making basis.
