痰热清注射液联合注射用美罗培南对重症肺炎患者症状消失时间及血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨痰热清注射液联合注射用美罗培南对重症肺炎患者症状消失时间及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法 择取2021年5月至2023年5月于江西中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的重症肺炎患者81例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=40)、对照组(n=41)。对照组予注射用美罗培南治疗,于此基础上,治疗组加予痰热清注射液治疗,对比两组治疗效果,症状消失时间,血清炎性因子[白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6],免疫功能。结果 治疗组总有效率(92.50%)较对照组的更高(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,治疗组肺啰音、发热及咳嗽消失时间均短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清炎性因子水平、CD8+均降低,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均增高,且治疗组上述指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 痰热清注射液联合注射用美罗培南治疗重症肺炎能减轻患者炎症反应,改善免疫功能,加快症状缓解,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of tanreqing injection combined with meropenem for injection on the time of symptom disappearance and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with severe pneumonia(SP).Methods Eighty-one cases of SP patients treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=41)by randomized numerical method.The control group was treated with meropenem for injection,and on this basis,the treatment group was treated with tanreqing injection,comparing the treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-6],and immune function of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.61%),and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the disappearance time of lung rales,fever and cough was shorter in the treatment group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the serum inflammatory+factor level and CD8 of both groups decreased,and CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) increased,and the above indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with meropenem for injection can reduce the inflammatory response of patients,improve immune function,accelerate the relief of symptoms,and improve the clinical efficacy.
